עו"ד יצחק גולדנצוייג בוגר הפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים הוסמך כעו"ד בשנת 1968. במהלך השנים 1969 - 1981 היה שותף במשרד עורכי הדין חירותי חיימוביץ גולדנצוייג, ולאחר מכן הקים את משרד עורכי הדין גולדנצוייג הררי ברק. בשנת 2010 הצטרפו עורכי דין צעירים ואיכותיים הפועלים בשיתוף והתייעצות בתיקים המנוהלים במשרד.

בשנת 1987 הוסמך עו"ד גולדנצוייג לפעול במדינות בניו יורק ארה"ב ונתקבל ל-American Bar Association. הוא בעל רישיון לביצוע עסקאות מקרקעין בארה"ב. עו"ד גולדנצוייג הינו נוטריון בישראל ובארה"ב.

עו"ד גולדנצוייג רכש ניסיון רב בניהולן כינוסים ופירוקים, בעריכת הסכמי סוכנויות ונציגויות של חברות מחו"ל, רכש ניסיון רב בנושאי בנקאות, בייצוג בנקים בבתי המשפט ובשמשו יועץ משפטי לבנק בארץ. בין היתר ייצג חברות זרות ומקומיות.

פעילות אקדמית:

מרצה לדיני תעופה מטעם אוניברסיטת New Haven ארה"ב לתואר ראשון ושני במינהל תעופתי שמיועד לאנשי תעופה וקציני חיל אוויר בכירים.  

פעילות שיפוטיות:

עו"ד גולדנצוייג כיהן כשופט אב בית דין בבית הדין המשמעתי של לשכת עורכי הדין.

הוא כיהן בועדת ערר על פי חוק הטיס, אשר דנה בערערים המוגשים על ידי מי שנפגעו מהחלטות ראש רשות התעופה האזרחית (מקודם ראש מינהל התעופה האזרחית). בתפקידו זה דן בערערים שהוגשו על ידי טייסים.

פעילות חברתית וציבורית:

 הוא היה בין מייסדי אגודת התעופה הכללית בישראל, חבר הועד המנהל והיועץ המשפטי שלה. כמו כן, היה חבר ויו"ר עמותת שחק, בה חברה קבוצת טייסים שהחזיקה והפעילה מטוסים לשימוש חברי העמותה.

ביוזמתו וניהולו של עו"ד גולדנצוייג קיימה אגודת התעופה הכללית בשנת 1993 יום תעופה בינלאומי בשדה עטרות בירושלים במטרה לממש בפועל את הכרזת הממשלה על שדה התעופה בירושלים כנמל כניסה ולהביא לנחיתת מטוסים המגיעים מחו"ל. במסגרת אירועי יום התעופה נחתו בירושלים לראשונה מטוסים שהגיעו מחו"ל (קישור לאתר).

בשנת 1995 השתתף עו"ד יצחק גולדנצוייג בטיסה ראשונה למדינה ערבית שהמריאה משדה התעופה עטרות בירושלים לשדה התעופה הבינלאומי במרקה ירדן (קישור לתמונה).

עו"ד יצחק גולדנצוייג שימש חבר הועד המנהל של הקונסרבטוריון בתל אביב וחבר ההנהלה הציבורית של התזמורת הפילהרמונית הצעירה. 

Adv. Yitzhak Goldenzweig, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and was admitted to practice in 1968.  From 1969 until 1981 he was a partner in the law firm Heruti, Haimowitz, Goldenzweig, and he subsequently established the Goldenzweig, Harari, Barak law office.  In 2010 the firm was joined by young, high-quality lawyers who work as associates and advise on cases handled by the firm.

Adv. Goldenzweig became qualified to practice law in the State of New York in 1987, and was admitted to the American Bar Association.   He is licensed to execute real estate transactions in the U.S.   Adv. Goldenzweig is a Notary in Israel and the U.S.

Academic Activity

Adv. Goldenzweig has taught courses on aviation law for New Haven University, U.S.A., to BA and MA students in aviation administration, which are usually designated for senior aviation personnel and Air Force officers.

Judicial Activity

Adv. Goldenzweig has served as a presiding judge in the disciplinary court of the Israel Bar Association.

He has served on the Appeals Committee under the Aviation Law, which hears appeals submitted by aviation personnel prejudiced by decisions of the Head of the Airports Authority (formerly Head of the Civil Aviation Administration).  In this role he wrote many decisions on appeals filed by pilots.

Adv. Goldenzweig has acquired a great deal of experience in the management of receiverships and liquidations, in drawing up agency and representation agreements for foreign companies, and in the banking field, representing banks in court and serving as legal advisor to a bank in Israel.  He has also represented foreign companies. 

Social and Public Activity

Adv. Goldenzweig was among the founders of the Israeli Association of General Aviation in Israel, serving as a member of the executive and as its legal advisor.

In 1993, on the initiative of Adv. Goldenzweig, and under his management, the Israeli Association of General Aviation Association held the International Aviation Day at the Atarot Airport in Jerusalem, with the aim of substantiating the government's declaration of the Jerusalem airport's status as a port of entry into Israel, and to cause airplanes arriving from abroad to land there.  As part of the events of the Aviation Day, aircraft coming from abroad landed in Jerusalem for the first time [link to website].

In 1995, Adv. Yitzhak Goldenzweig participated in the first flight to an Arab country which took off from the Atarot airport in Jerusalem to the international airport at Marka, Jordan [link to photograph].

Adv. Yitzhak Goldenzweig served as a member of the executive of the Tel Aviv Conservatory and as a member of the public management of the Young Philharmonic Orchestra.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and was its President from 1993
