בוגרת תואר ראשון במשפטים ותואר ראשון במנהל עסקים עם התמחות במימון (LL.B ו- B.A בהצטיינות) מהמרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה.

בימים אלה שוקדת על כתיבת תזה להשלמת לימודי תואר שני מחקרי במשפטים (LL.M) מהמרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה.

בעלת רישיון לעריכת דין משנת 2013. עוסקת בתחומי משפט מגוונים, עסקאות נדל"ן, תיקי ליטיגציה מסחריים ואזרחיים, רישוי עסקים ועוד.

השתתפה בהשתלמות תעודה מטעם לשכת עורכי הדין בישראל בנושא "חוק איסור הלבנת הון" ועוסקת בנושא זה מטעם המשרד.

מגשרת מוסמכת מטעם המוסד הארצי לגישור ע"ש דוד רוטלוי.

במקביל לעבודתה כעורכת דין, פעלה בעבר כעוזרת מחקר במחקר שנערך על ידי המרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה בתחום התובענות הייצוגיות,

וכיום עובדת במקביל לעבודתה כעוזרת מחקר במחקר שנערך על ידי אוניברסיטת תל אביב בתחום התובענות הייצוגיות אשר מהווה המשך

Advocate Dana Schein

Law-school graduate - LL.B, and MBA - majoring in financing (with honors) from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.

Adv. Schein is presently writing her thesis to complete her LL.M degree at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Adv. Schein has been licensed to practice law since 2013.  She handles cases in a variety of legal fields:  real estate, commercial and civil litigation, business licensing and others.  She participated in diploma graduate studies given by the Israel Bar Association on "The Prohibition of Money Laundering Law" and deals with this issue on behalf of the firm.

Adv. Schein is a qualified mediator on behalf of the David Rotlevi National Mediation Institute.

Concurrently with her work as an attorney, Adv. Dana Schein acted in the past as assistant researcher in a study conducted by the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya with respect to Class Actions.  At present, while continuing her legal work, she is serving as assistant researcher in a study on Class Actions conducted by Tel Aviv University, which is a continuation of the previous one
